The Rumors Are True

Unfortunately, the rumor was true that the CCAA was only sending out referrals for dossiers logged in by May 30th. We missed it by one day. They only sent out from the 25th to the 30th of May. Very dissapointing to say the least. We had a travel meeting tonight at our agency and saw several of the families in our group. Needless to say we were all pretty bummed. I am so thankful to be on this journey with these people, we are all trying to keep our sanity and our patience. Now we are thinking we will probably travel in June, I guess it is supposed to be pretty hot, great. We are going into our 5th month of over-due news. I think we are all getting a little testy around our house. Dayton stayed home from school today with a stomach ache, he says he is feeling stressed about the news. I feel so bad for him. He wants this more than anyone. We have to pick ourselves up and keep pressing on and trusting that we have no control over the situation and take each day as it comes. One more month, I just can't believe it. It was nice to be at our agency tonight, helped motivate us again and gave us a boost of what is to come. I can't wait to get our little girl, the only plus to this delay is knowing that there are no other dates ahead of us, we have to be next. Today in the car I was listening to Wynonna Judd, she has always been one of my fav's and her song "Your Day Will Come" came on and I played it over and over, music has always been a big part of my life and sometimes the perfect song gets me through the day and this really helped me today, I think I will put it on the site, I need a change and you probably do too!
